Goodwood Revival 2008

Here is one event that is right up on my list of things to do before I die.
The Goodwood Revival is a historic motor race meeting with a special twist. Everything at the meeting, not just the cars, is staged to recreate the classic era of the Fifties and Sixties. Ive been told it’s like stepping back in time as most visitors wear appropriate period clothing and no modern vehicles are allowed within the circuit perimeter throughout the weekend.
There is a great little video on their site which shows how they have recreated the atmosphere from this golden era of motor sport.
