This series of fantastic shots from Kyle Burt, shows the incredible on track action at the 2009 Monterey Historics.
The 2009 event featured 450 of the best vintage racing cars, including 150 Porsche’s to celebrate the Stuttgart’s firm being the feature marque. The company’s entire racing history was represented on track, from a 1949 Porsche 356 SL to a 1990 Porsche 962, all presented to the highest possible level.
Of course there was a huge range of other machines to marvel at, including Ferrari 250TR’s, Maserati Birdcages, Alfa Romeo’s and Bugatti’s.
What a spectacle!
