Ciggies and motorcycling were a marketers perfect match. Two dangerous and potentially deadly products harmoniously appealing to the risk taking, cool hunting youth in all of us.
Marlboro was the king of motorsport cigarette brands having sponsored, teams, drivers and events in just about every category I can think of.
It is therefore no surprise to learn that these evocative Marlboro world championship team stickers have now become collectors items.
The ones in these pics feature two wheeled legends including Giacomo Agostini, Angel Nieto, Jarno Saarinen, Kent Andersson, Franco Uncini and Barry Sheene.
