    [...] Chopard have released the fifth edition of their Jacky Ickx watch, paying tribute to the 24 Hours of Le Mans race and the man who won it six times in classics like Ford’s GT40 and Porsche’s 936 and 965. And it really is a lovely thing – classic, clean lines set in stainless steel, black dial and black leather band to finish. A gold version inverts this with a silvered dial and two black smaller dials. The back of the watch is inscribed with Ickx’s signature and 6/24 to symbolise his legendary victories. Even the pushers carry the motorsport theme, designed to look like piston heads. [...]
