Photographer Mark Pryor captured these great shots at the recent Shannons Lakeside Classic Speed Fest on12-14 August. The event celebrated 50 years of Touring Car racing at Queensland’s favourite circuit.
Allan Moffat’s Iconic 1969 Trans Am Boss Mustang, Dick Johnson Tru- Blu Falcon, ‘Pete’ Geoghegan’s GTA Mustang and Norm Beechey’s 1970 Championship-winning HT GTS 350 Monaro were amongst the crowd favourites. These thundering machines make up part of the incredible Bowden Collection.
