Can you imagine driving 1,000 miles (1609Km) in 10 hours? Sir Stirling Moss recalls the famous Mille Miglia of 1955, when he and Denis Jenkinson did just that.
In what has gone down as one of the greatest drives in motorsport history, Stirling Moss (then aged 25) and motorsport journalist Denis Jenkinson (34) shared a works Mercedes-Benz 300SLR sports car in its debut race.
