Sit back and relax as British Touring Car racing driver Ray Bellm explains his role in the creation of the legendary McLaren F1 GTR. Bellm also explains what the McLaren F1 GTR was like to drive, and race at high speed – explaining why it wasn’t as tough to drive as people might think.

The incredible McLaren F1 won at Le Mans in 1995 against proper purpose-built prototype racing machines. It’s one of the great sports cars, and this video explains how it almost never even existed!
