AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days July 9-11

I know where I would like to be this weekend, at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, Lexington, Ohio in the good old US of A.

AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days is America’s grandest celebration of motorcycling heritage, with national championship vintage racing, the world’s largest motorcycle swap meet, new bike demo rides, seminars, classic bike shows, new product vendors, club displays, the Federal/Allied Used Bike Corral and more.

All proceeds support the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum.

    RE: 2010 ama vintage motorcycle days review.

    1) the soundtrack was loud and clear.

    2) the video presentation was ok for me (an avid motorcyclist); a bit fast otherwise but surely follows the script outline in entirety; thnx R/S for filling in my personal favorite – the slo mo effect (ref: ‘on any sunday’ dirt track footage; Chicago Bears tribute to Walter Payton circa ummm ? early ’86?).

    4) surely to get the name wrong…the moto morino 4 – one of a kind, excellent selection.

    5) the jawa ‘californian’ looked to be in fine condition; from what i saw it appeared to be the 175 version. i fostered a tan/brown two tone 350 for a season or two is how i know.

    …im wondering if the carabela 125 i sold at denmark ever got restored…
