Terms and Conditions “Win Nigel Mansell Memorabilia competition” August 2014

1. Information on how to enter this competition, and the prize to be won, form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering into this competition, the entrant agrees that he/she has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Competition entry is open to subscribers 18 years of age or older from anywhere in the world who purchase a Monthly, Yearly or Yearly + gift pack Motorsport Retro Premium subscription and are processed between 12.01am August 5th 2014 and 11.59 pm 31st August, 2014.
3. Entrants who purchase a Yearly or Yearly + gift pack Motorsport Retro Premium subscription will also be automatically entered into 11 further monthly prize draws.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Motorsport Retro reserves the right to disqualify from participation anyone submitting more than one entry in the competition.
5. Directors and employees (and their immediate families) of Motorsport Retro are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
How will the winners be decided?
6. This is a game of chance, the winning entry will be selected via competition management software design to select winners at random.
7. The first person drawn will win the major prize (Nigel Mansell replica helmet), the next three entrants drawn will will win the second place prizes (A2 Art prints). The next 10 names drawn will win the third place prizes (Our Nige T shirts)
How will the winner be notified?
8. The winners will be notified by email on 1st September, 2014 and the winner’s names will be published in the Motorsport Retro weekly email and published on the Motorsport Retro website
9. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the prize draw.
10. Prizes will be distributed directly to the winners nominated delivery address within 5 days of of Motorsport Retro receiving the winners delivery address.
11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
What are the prizes?
12. 1st prize on offer is one (1) Nigel Mansell ’92 world championship replica helmet
13. 2nd prize is three (3) Limited edition Nigel Mansell A2 Vinyl Art prints
14. 3rd prize is ten (10) Our Nige T-Shirts
15. Total prize value is $1095.49, inclusive of GST
16. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
17. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, Motorsport Retro, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
General Terms
18. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, Motorsport Retro reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
19. Each entrant consent to Motorsport Retro using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting the Motorsport Retro website and the Motorsport Retro subscriptions product.
20. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Motorsport Retro, Motorsport Retro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Motorsport Retro (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Motorsport Retro’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Motorsport Retro) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Motorsport Retro; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) taking the prize.
22. Motorsport Retro may provide an entrant’s personal information to Australian regulatory authorities as required by law.
